Terms of Use

The app is intended for authorized XYGA administrators, staff, coaches, students, and permitted parents or guardians. You must provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to access, and comply with any role-based restrictions. A parent or legal guardian must authorize use by a minor.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity under your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user’s information. Notify XYGA promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect users, records, or the service.

Availability, coach assignments, facilities, program details, attendance records, rescheduling, cancellations, and applicable charges are subject to XYGA’s current operational policies. Information shown in the app is provided for convenience; contact the academy if you believe a record is incorrect.

The app displays and records manually submitted or confirmed payments, fees, packages, credits, and balances. It does not provide an in-app payment-card checkout service. Charges, taxes, refunds, cancellations, package use, and wallet adjustments are governed by the applicable academy agreement and policies. Contact XYGA promptly about any discrepancy.

You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, bypass permissions, access data without authorization, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, or use information from the service for unlawful or unrelated purposes.

The services, branding, software, designs, text, and other content are owned by XYGA or its licensors. We grant authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

We work to keep the services accurate and available, but they may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. The services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The app does not replace direct confirmation from the academy for urgent scheduling, safety, payment, or account matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYGA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict or terminate access when an account is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or action is reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or operations. Obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
